GeoMarket

The first digital market for all locations and places worldwide. You can buy, sell and earn from trading digital assets.

Overview of Operations

GeoMarket provides a unique opportunity for investors to trade and profit from their favourite destinations globally. Developed by the bmy.guide team through rigorous research and development, GeoMarket enables investments in shares that offer passive income opportunities. Its innovative algorithm ensures enduring value stability, making it the first choice for savvy investors seeking sustainable returns. Moreover, a substantial portion of the company's profits is reinvested into this marketplace in the form of dividends for shareholders, ensuring ongoing financial benefits.

Transforming localities into profitable companies

Imagine if every locality in the world, with all its assets (museums, restaurants, hotels, shops, malls, schools, etc.), was transformed into a company owning 1,000 shares representing the entire value of that locality.

If a user, for example, held 1 share in a locality like Paris, it would mean he owns 0.1% of the total value of Paris and, consequently, 0.1% of all profits generated by the city.

This is exactly what we do on GeoMarket. We transform each locality with an official page on bmy.guide into a company with 1,000 shares, making them available for purchase to users worldwide.

The economy behind Official locality Pages

First, let's clarify what an official locality page represents. An official locality page is a faithful clone of the locality, the main hub where users can find all posts, news, and reviews related to that locality.

Moreover, they can instantly interact with all business locations from that locality. These official pages are the core units of the entire search engine and serve as the primary revenue sources within our ecosystem.

Types of fees generated by an Official Locality Page and distribution to shareholders

  1. Postcard Gifts Fees – For each gift sent in Guide Points by a user to a postcard belonging to a locality, a 10% fee is deducted from the user who received the gift. 75% of this fee is collected in the Locality Treasury and distributed at the end of the day to shareholders holding shares in that locality.

  2. Mint NFTs Fees

Every post in the bmy.guide ecosystem can be transformed into a digital NFT.

A 5% fee for payments in USDT or a 2.5% fee for payments with GUIDE tokens is applied to each minting transaction. 25% of this fee is collected in the Locality Treasury and distributed at the end of the day to shareholders holding shares in that locality.

This system not only fosters engagement within the platform but also generates a consistent revenue stream, enhancing the value for shareholders and supporting the growth of the bmy.guide community.

  3. Business Location Subscription Fees

Initially non-productive economically, business locations will become a significant source of income starting in 2025 through the following fee systems:

Each business location will have an official page with its domain, a dashboard for managing offers and the page, a chat for customer interaction, and many other essential features for a business page.

A subscription fee will be charged for accessing these functionalities.

25% of all subscription fees will be collected by the Locality Treasury and distributed to shareholders in that locality at the end of each month.

This system ensures a steady stream of income, making business locations a cornerstone of the bmy.guide economy, benefiting both businesses and shareholders alike.

  4. Business Advertising Platform Fees

Within the administration panel, businesses will have access to an innovative advertising platform. Starting in Q4 2025, each business can efficiently promote its services through the "check-in and reward" system.

For each promotional campaign, a 10% fee on the campaign's value will be charged by the company. 25% of this fee will be collected by the Locality Treasury and distributed at the end of each day to all shareholders holding shares in that locality.

This approach not only provides businesses with a cutting-edge marketing tool but also ensures a continuous flow of revenue, reinforcing the financial ecosystem of bmy.guide and delivering tangible benefits to shareholders.

  5. Share transaction Fees

When purchasing shares using Guide Points through the "make an offer" option or directly from the locality's official page, a 10% fee is applied. For transactions made with GUIDE tokens, the fee is reduced to 5%.

A substantial 75% of this fee is collected by the Locality Treasury and distributed to shareholders holding shares in that locality at the end of each day.

This fee structure not only facilitates seamless transactions but also ensures that shareholders consistently benefit from the economic activities within their locality, enhancing the overall value and sustainability of the bmy.guide ecosystem.

  6. Transfer Fee of GUIDE Points Between Players

Within our ecosystem, every user must specify their locality in their profile. For each transfer of GUIDE points between users, a fee ranging from 0-10% (depending on the user's VIP level) is charged.

A significant 75% of this fee is collected by the Locality Treasury and distributed at the end of the day to all shareholders holding shares in that locality.

Types of Markets

In GeoMarket, there are two types of markets: the Global Market and the Local Market.

  • Global Market: Here you will find the most valuable localities, with a minimum of 200 postcards. Currently, there are 86 localities included in the Global Market.

  • Local Market: This market includes localities with fewer than 200 postcards, categorized into 4 series:

Local Assets: Localities within the user's country.

Series A: Localities worldwide with between 100 and 200 postcards.

Series B: Localities worldwide with between 50 and 100 postcards.

Series C: Recently added localities worldwide with between 1 and 50 postcards.

Determining the Value of Each Locality

The valuation of each locality and its corresponding shares is based on a straightforward algorithm. This algorithm is grounded in two fundamental elements that also determine the value of the bmy.guide platform: the quantity of content available in the locality and the number of business locations present.

For each postcard posted in a specific locality, the value of that locality increases by 1,000 Guide Points (equivalent to USD 10). This means that the value of a share rises by 1 Guide Point (equivalent to USD 0.01) for each new valid post.

For every new post that includes a business location, the value of the locality to which the business belongs to increases by 3,000 Guide Points (equivalent to USD 30). Consequently, the value of each share rises by 3 GUIDE points (equivalent to USD 0.03) for each new business location added.

The more valid posts a locality receives and the more new business locations it encompasses, the greater its capitalization.

As the bmy.guide ecosystem expands in traffic due to the increasing number of posts and new business locations, the value and capitalization of localities also increase proportionally.

This growth reflects the dynamic relationship between user engagement, content creation, and the addition of business locations within the bmy.guide platform. As more users contribute valuable content and new business entities join each locality sees a rise in its valuation.
