**1**.**2.** **Continuous Earning Potential**\ <mark style="color:orange;">**Receive a 25%**</mark> <mark style="color:orange;">**reward**</mark> <mark style="color:orange;">**in Guide Points**</mark> directly into your app's wallet, from the first 5 acquisitions of Guide Points your referred friends make from Google Play or App Store.

**1.3. Total Rewards for the Agent Campaign** \
Our agents will share a <mark style="color:orange;">**total of $225,000**</mark> in cash rewards during the fourth sales round.

## **2. Steps for You**

**2.1. What do you need to do as an agent?**\
a) Share your referral code with friends so they can activate their accounts.\
b) Assist your friends in their direct acquisition of Guide Points directly from the company.

**2.2. Eligibility**\
To qualify, you must be:\
a) At least 18 years old.\
b) Not a US citizen.

## **3. Rewards Processing**

3.1. Directly into your bmy.guide wallet **for Guide Points transactions**.\
3.2. Via bank transfer within 72 hours post-acquisition confirmation, **for cash rewards** *(based on the Collaboration Contract you will sign).*

## **4. Guide Points Purchase Methods**

To enhance your experience and rewards, there are two primary methods for your friends to obtain Guide Points:

**4.1. Direct Purchase from the Company**

Your friends can buy Guide Points directly from the company at a generous <mark style="color:red;">**25% Off**</mark> <mark style="color:red;">**the app-listed price**</mark>, making the cost per Guide Point $0.0075. There’s a cap on purchases at $2000,  per user.&#x20;

If your friend opts for this route, you'll receive a 25%  cash reward (up to $500) of their total expenditure, transferred to your bank account within 72 hours of the sale confirmation.

**4.2. Purchasing through the App**

Your friends can acquire Guide Points directly within the app by using the 'Buy Guide Points' feature. Each Guide Point is priced at $0.01, with a minimum requirement of purchasing 50 Guide Points. When your friends purchase directly from the app, you will be credited 25% of the Guide Points they obtained, which are added to your wallet.&#x20;

This benefit applies to the first five purchases made by each of your referred friends. Monitor your referrals' activities via the Referral tab on your profile.

## **5. Direct Company Acquisition Explained**

As a bmy.guide Agent, you play a vital role in facilitating your friends' direct purchases of Guide Points from the company, enabling them to enjoy a 25% discount off the standard app price.&#x20;

To partake, your friend must be ready to purchase Guide Points starting from $500 up to $2000.&#x20;

## **6. Your Responsibilities Include**

1. Completing your bmy.guide Agent enrollment (which includes completing the form you will find at the end of this article and the Collaboration Contract).
2. For friends desiring to purchase through you, email <mark style="color:blue;"><support@bmy.guide></mark> with their:\
   **full name, email, address** (as per ID or passport)**,** and their **bmy.guide app profile name.**
3. Upon transaction completion, they’ll be credited with the purchased Guide Points, and you’ll receive a 25% cash reward, transferred directly to your bank account as specified in your Collaboration Contract.

## **7. Converting Guide Points to GUIDE Tokens**

You and your friends have the opportunity to convert up to 60,000 Guide Points into GUIDE Tokens during the fourth round of sales, with a conversion ratio of 1.2 Guide Points to 1 Guide Token, unlocking further value and utility within the bmy.guide ecosystem.
