Buying Assets

The term "Buy" refers to the ability to acquire shares of assets listed on both global and local markets by selecting the "Buy" option on the official page of the respective asset. 1) You can purchase one asset from the Global Market every 24 hours.

2) You can purchase one asset from the Local Market every 24 hours

3) The maximum limit for purchasing shares is set at one share/location.

3) A 10% transaction fee will be applied when making a purchase. The total cost of a share comprises the share price along with a 10% fee.

4) After selling a share, you are no longer able to repurchase a share from the same location using the ‘Buy shares' option. However, you have the option to acquire additional shares from the same location by using the 'Make an Offer' option.

Make an offer

To initiate the Make an Offer process, you have two options: 1. Visit the Location's page, scroll down to the Shareholders list, select a shareholder, and tap 'Make an Offer.' 2. Go to a Shareholder's profile, scroll down to Portfolio Assets, and click the 'Make an Offer' button on the location card. Guidelines to Make an Offer 1) The ability to make an offer for another user's assets is available if both you and the recipient have achieved the Ambassador status. 2) The minimum price of an offer starts from the current value of a share from that location.

3) There is no maximum price you can offer for a share

4) A 10% fee is applied at the final price of the offer.

5) The necessary Guide Points will be deducted from your wallet until the offer is either accepted or rejected.

6) The recipient has 24 hours to respond to your offer. In the event of acceptance, the asset will promptly be added to your Portfolio, initiating the income collection process. Conversely, if the offer is declined, the deducted Guide Points will be refunded to your wallet balance.

7) If no response is received within 24 hours, the offer will automatically expire and the deducted Guide Points will be refunded to your wallet balance.

8) Achieving the Equites rank is only attainable by owning 2 or 3 shares from a particular location. 9) Acquiring 4 or 5 shares from a location through the Make an Offer option is only possible after one of your referrals has achieved the Ambassador rank.

Acquiring 6 or 7 shares from a location through the Make an Offer option is only possible after a 2nd referral you enrolled has reached the Ambassador rank.

Acquiring 8 or 9 shares from a location through the Make an Offer option is only possible after a 3rd referral you enrolled has reached the Ambassador rank.

Acquiring 10 shares from a location through the Make an Offer option is only possible after the 4th referral you enrolled has reached the Ambassador rank.

Enrolling 10 users who have reached the Ambassador rank brings you the Imperator position and a 50 Shares Gift.

Collecting income

You must manually collect your income from your Dashboard, to be added to your wallet
